supporting farmers and getting 8% APY is good. but I'm not sure what happens in an event of force majeure, natural disaster (hope loans are insurance secured via a 3rd party). ETHIX is the incentive you get in return of your dollar (stablecoin) collateral, but keep in mind as ETHIX price drops so will your APY. interesting project hope they make it it would be a good example of blockchain RWA use-case. (considering rewards will be distributed in ETHIX I wouldnt want to hold it in the long term
