No longer a stable coin because In may 2026, StablR suffered a serious exploit attackers compromised a weak wallet which was used for minting,  about $10.4 million are lost in exploit, the root cause was a multisig setup meaning just one compromised key was enough to gain full admin control which is a serious governance security design flaw for a regulated stablecoin.
Price fell 30% down to $0.70 and lost its peg became a volatile token instead of a strong stable coin, being MiCA licensed did not prevent this the incident shows that regulatory companies doesn't automatically protect poor technical security setups.
The investors and early buyers are sitting in huge losses until team comes up with strong plan to retrieve stolen funds otherwise it's another weak stable coin with security flaws.

According to a report by ZachXBT, StablR USD was likely exploited today. There have been no announcements related to this exploit from their official X account and it appears to have been inactive for months. https://t.me/investigations/329 According to their website, they have published proof-of-reserve data monthly, but I couldn’t find any official audit report.
