TOMI Review: OG Score & Community Audit

tomiNet shows multiple signs of a project that has effectively collapsed. The biggest concern is the reported connection to Moshe Hogeg, whose previous crypto ventures were investigated by Israeli authorities over alleged investor fraud. His reported involvement with tomi was not initially transparent, creating a serious credibility problem once it became public.
The project's $40M DWF Labs announcement also deserves scrutiny. Investigative reporting around DWF's token deals raised questions about whether some arrangements were closer to discounted token purchases and market-making than conventional venture investment. TOMI subsequently experienced a massive price spike before collapsing, which makes the original funding narrative difficult to treat as evidence of genuine organic demand.
There are also serious concerns around token distribution and product traction. Reports indicated insiders and early investors controlled a very large portion of the supply, while tomi's hardware-node model depended heavily on TOMI rewards rather than demonstrable demand for its services.
The final problem is market failure. Exchange delistings, disappearing liquidity and extremely low trading activity leave holders with little meaningful exit liquidity. the token is currently displaying a $0 valuation across major trackers, it totally collape and they havnt made a single tweet since may, projects died, stay away.  

Moshe Hogeg. Hogeg has a highly controversial history in the crypto space and he's involved in this token, he was also involve in some previous collapsed project as Sirin labs and stox, faced lawsuits and got arrested for scam crypto ventures, Investors also blamed him for RugPull in Tomi token. Tomi is a project where the ideology survived, but the economy died. The $14k liquidity is the ultimate red flag. It effectively locks current holders into their positions with no way to exit at a fair price. When you combine this with a 100% Very Bearish community sentiment and the suspension of platform services, the project is no longer a speculative investment it is a cautionary tale about the Liquidity Trap. The project has moved past the Roadmap Fog and into a Total Blackout. Without a complete restructuring or a massive injection of new capital and exchange endorsements, the token is a financial ghost. $14k liquidity for millions mcap. I’ve seen some train wrecks, but this is a choreographed disaster. It’s a copy-paste greed play where the only innovation is the speed at which they dilute the supply. With a leadership team that has a history of burning investors, the vibe is toxic. Heads up on this one! Yeah it's on the big exchanges and the chain activity looks normal but all that news about the founder and legal trouble is a serious buzzkill. For me, that's just way too much high risk for a long term hold. The foundation seems shaky and that drama can just nuke everything overnight.
