YLDS is first stablecoin which is SEC registered and yield bearing coin pegged to 1 USD dollar It uses MPC wallet means user has control over asset despite this centralized system is present in this stablecoin, unlike other stablecoin which focus on expanding globally YLDS mainly available in USA only and most of features are limited to U.S to use these feature a USA kyc is mandatory.
As it's a registered security crypto there restrictions which can apply  for example restrictions on selling and buying and blocked transferring so basically it's centralized coin despite user has self custody.
Figure markets legit platform but instead of a defi it's a trade to earn block chain system means this is not buy and get rich asset instead hold to participate in ecosystem based stablecoin.

There is also concentration risk: YLDS ultimately depends on Figure/FCC continuing to operate, maintain reserves and process redemptions. Figure itself warns that the digital-asset infrastructure is relatively new and subject to undiscovered technical, regulatory and operational risks.
