Blocksquare (BST) Review: OG Score & Community Audit

One thing many people overlook is that BST is not a direct real estate ownership token, a lot of investors assume that if Blocksquare keeps growing and brings more real estate onto the platform, BST will automatically benefit.                             The connection is not always that simple, the platform can add new properties, partnerships and users without creating strong buying pressure for the token itself.
This creates an important difference between the success of Blocksquare as a business and the value of BST as a token, a key question worth asking is if real estate activity on the platform keeps growing, will that growth create more demand for BST, or will it mainly benefit the platform itself?.

BST was launched in 2018 trying to connect physical real estate business into digital, even BST is core token but it still seems like complete separate coin from the original project also team is mainly focused on growing project instead of fixing problem with the coin, the real estate is extremely regulated business government can easily target and ban project and suspend actions.
It's extremely risky to invest in BST token while project is still working but the token is losing strength in the market, The digitalization real estate tokens is a dying hype as Defi and Ai took over all of the crypto hype.

Been around since 2018 and the trading activity still feels nonexistent. Even abandoned memecoins sometimes show more life. The team keeps pushing the real estate narrative, but it feels like they forgot the token itself needs an actual market and community behind it. Right now the whole thing just feels empty. A lot of promises, but barely any real energy around the token. 💀

According to their newest report, they have achieved $216M in tokenized assets across 30 countries, but the token still seems very disconnected from the protocol’s growth. We cannot bet on the token based solely on protocol growth. While $216M in tokenized assets is solid but it does not justify the token’s $1M market cap. High holder concentration low onchain liquidity and minting capabilities are other risk factors that keep me away from investing in this.

$BST market performance is terminal. A 98% drawdown, very low daily volume, and very little website traffice indicate a project that has failed to launch in the eyes of the public. It is an institutional success but a retail disaster. While the indexer and smaller tools are updated, core repositories like Oceanpoint-Graph have been archived or seen zero activity since 2022.
