The fact that you can hardly put someone through on how to navigate this platform through a phone call without visuals is a pain really. As an Exchange that has been for while in the business it sure has fair liquidity without customer service support, because just pray you don't have a deposit problem or delaying. They take a whole day at times to reply complaints. If this can be polished and addressed, I guess we are seeing yet another milestone of Gate in years to come.

I haven’t had many issues with Gate.io. My main concerns are with the UI and UX. Based on my experience, they have one of the worst interfaces among exchanges. However, they have good liquidity and many new coins are listed there, so in that sense it’s fine. If they redesign their UI and improve the overall user experience, the platform could become much better. Hopefully they will make these improvements in the future.

Gate.io is a big exchange with tons of coins and low fees, but many users complain about withdrawal delays, poor support, and sudden accounts locks.It's not a scam, it's regulated with proof of reserves, but the issues make it risky.

Gate.io Biggest complaint is on their Support system as tickets gets ignored for days/weeks, they occasionally manipulate leveraged pairs, list and manipulate super risky alts that can rug which they delist sometimes causing financial loss to users.

Gate.io has strong asset variety, but the UI isn’t very user-friendly. It’s dense and better suited for experienced traders rather than beginners.

Gate.io offers a huge variety of coins, futures, options, and DeFi features, making it appealing for active traders. Security measures like 2FA and cold storage are solid. However, users frequently report withdrawal delays, poor customer support, and token delisting issues. High-risk for storing large funds long-term. Best used for small to mid-size trades. Always practice caution and don’t leave significant crypto on the platform.

I also use it but be cautious with Gate.io. They are SO BAD at anything. to me the only reason they haven’t halted operations is because they’ve been around for a long time founded in 2013 which means they hold a large amount of Bitcoin that’s appreciated significantly over the past 12 years. Other than that… • Their customer support is terrible slow and often incompetent agents (both AI and real) • Deposits can take long time to appear in your wallett • They list tons of worthless coins and don’t even delist them after the project gets abandoned or rug-pulled. Unbelievable 🤔🙃🤬 + The only positive thing is the new mobile app I guess which was published last year. Liquidity ls low on most pairs but fine on major coins.

The KYC nightmare here is real. I’ve heard of users who put in their money, only to be hit with sudden verification rejections that leave their funds stuck with no way out. Their support tickets get ignored for weeks, their accounts stay frozen for vague non-compliance reasons. This is a bad look, and it should not be happening.

Good bit of liquidity, but OH MY GOD CAN YOU JUST LET ME WITHDRAW THE COINS I WANT WITHOUT ALL THE BEUROCRACY PLEASE. Other than that, not too bad.
