      This project faces a core problem, and that’s relevance…the chain offers fast transactions, low costs, staking, governance, and EVM compatibility, but none of those features are rare anymore. The crypto market has become crowded with chains offering the same benefits while attracting much larger ecosystems and stronger developer communities.

      ohhh boy, orchid is struggling.

      Reports show the network has very low activity, sometimes under 50 daily users. That means people are not really using the product, even though it sounds useful on paper.

      It also got hit hard by exchange delistings. Both Binance https://www.binance.com/en/square/post/04-09-2026-binance-to-delist-six-tokens-from-spot-trading-and-services-310571980102209 and bitget exchange https://www.bitget.com/support/articles/12560603882772 removed OXT after reviews showed weak volume and liquidity.       The token is under constant pressure from future unlocks and a large portion of supply is still not in circulation which creates a setup where early holders can keep selling into any price movement. There is also no really strong reason to hold the token. Users are not required to keep it for any key function, which makes it easy for people to exit after short-term trades. The product itself is not very visible to normal users. It feels more like backend infrastructure, which does make it harder to build strong user interest or community strength. Its focus on compliance and banking integrations makes it useful in the background, but that same focus limits how much traction it can get in the broader market…not a lot of reasons to really hold the token. The price is down 99% from its all time high, and adoption remains low.       Constellation has spent years building technology for enterprise data instead of chasing crypto trends, and that deserves credit.
      Now the problem is that the token has never benefited the way holders expected.

      Thing is, privacy alone may not be enough to build a lasting force. Larger AI companies are adding better privacy features every month while open-source models continue improving.
