It's a decentralized social platform simply it's similar to facebook but focused on giving content creator more control and fair rewards, it lets people post on platform and reward them in COS token.

COS is still active and trading, but it has lost most of its strength over time. The platform still works, but it has not grown into a major ecosystem despite being around for years.
