Giza is building a system of autonomous AI agents AI portfolio managers for DeFi users, but non-custodial. it works technically now it needs humans to trust it with serious money. strong tech direction, early adoption curve, and unproven long-term behavioral trust from users.

GizaTech is basically trying to build an AI agent layer for DeFi where smart AI bots manage crypto strategies like yield farming, rebalancing and execution across protocols while you still keep custody of your assets. What it solves is mainly the complexity and speed problem in DeFi. Crypto moves too fast and is too fragmented for most people, so Giza turns it into a kind of autopilot system where AI handles decision making and execution. On the allocation side, only a small slice goes to airdrops, and community rewards spread out over time. A much larger portion, over 30%, is allocated to investors and 18% to the team. GIZA token is used for staking, network security, incentives and aligning people who run and use the system just like other Ai Agent tokens so nothing exceptional. Token liquidity is still pretty thin outside CEXs, so onchain depth isn’t very strong yet. At today’s price levels, it also feels like the project is still unproven in the market and the full AI agent narrative hasn’t really been priced in yet.

Giza is one of the few projects in the "AI + Crypto" space with actual working technology and consistent development. The red flags are purely about technical difficulty and ecosystem specific risk, not fraud or abandonment.
