MinoTari (Tari) (XTM) Review: OG Score & Community Audit

The price was the least interesting part of what I found , the way the network is put together answered far more questions than the chart ever could, the network architecture and token model are explained here. One part that stood out was the way Layer 1 and Layer 2 work together XTM is burned to create XTR instead of handling every job on its own , that means long term demand depends on people actually using layer 2 applications rather than simply buying and holding a token. The mining side also deserves a closer look , the network uses merge mining with Monero which helps strengthen security without asking miners to choose one chain over another at the same time it means part of that security is linked to the health of Monero's mining ecosystem rather than standing completely on its own. A rising price can attract attention for a while , regular layer 2 activity tells a much clearer story because it shows whether people are using the network instead of only trading the token.

Finally, the network's security model is partly tied to Monero's mining ecosystem, meaning significant shifts in merge-mining participation or mining economics could influence Minotari's long-term network security.

This $XTM thing just feels dead and forgotten now. We keep hearing people admit their bags got crushed and they’re done hoping, with total silence across the boards. Team updates land flat and the only thing left is quiet frustration. The market voted and moved on ages ago. Hard pass on this one. 🚩

Minotari runs a live mainnet with active team and clear documentation, the 2025 Airdrop frustrated users, short claim windows and low payouts, left many annoyed. Liquidity is tiny but anyway it's present, More over the product works but operational risk aligning part of the community. No scam or rug signal observed. At the end mainnet is live, team's active but Airdrop left users annoyed, tread carefully.
