Score (SN44) Review: OG Score & Community Audit

One thing with Score isn't that the technology looks empty; it is that the economic bridge between the technology and the SN44 token is still too difficult to verify. The network has real infrastructure, public code, 256 occupied neuron slots, nine validators, measurable trading activity and a newer TurboVision codebase that shows the team is still developing beyond the older Score Vision repository. Going forward, we can see subnet participation and token economics, but we cannot yet see enough public evidence of paying workloads, recurring revenue or camera hours processed to determine whether external demand is actually supporting the valuation.
The solution is equally clear and that should be Score should publish a live commercial dashboard showing number of active customers, paid workloads, camera/video hours processed, revenue generated, successful inference volume, model accuracy benchmarks and the amount of SN44/TAO economic activity directly attributable to real service usage. It should also explain the migration from the older score-vision repository to TurboVision and publish validator concentration metrics. If those numbers show sustained external usage rather than mainly emissions driven participation, the token thesis becomes considerably easier to defend.

Score feels like one of those projects where the product story and the token story may not be moving at the same speed, the sports data angle is interesting, but the bigger question is whether network activity actually turns into long term demand for the asset itself. The structural issue is easy to miss: as Subnet 44 on Bittensor, Score appears to rely on TAO collateral mechanisms for data access rather than directly driving demand for its own token, this may create weaker direct value capture under the current setup. The bear case remains tied to future changes in Bittensor's emission structure, since allocation shifts could affect subnet economics, The bull case exists if sports data adoption expands meaningfully, broader usage could improve long term demand dynamics. The strongest thing here is their credibility for real usage of actual sports organization using the tech without even referencing the token. That’s rare in Bittensor and honestly bullish.

This is a "hold" coin. Don't trade the daily noise. As long as they keep winning the "Subnet 44" slot on Bittensor and adding new sports (they've hinted at more than just football), the long-term value is there.

Price action here is a disaster compared to past highs. SN44 claims to be a key AI player, yet there is absolutely no evidence of real-world traction to back that up. It remains entirely theoretical with no clear real-world footprint. The sharp drop in value signals that the hype has evaporated, it’s just an empty shell right now.
