ElizaOS (ELIZAOS) Review: OG Score & Community Audit

$ELIZAOS has major token-level problems despite the underlying open-source framework still being active. The biggest red flag is the disconnect between the software and token: growth of ElizaOS does not automatically give token holders revenue, fees, or ownership.
The project is also facing a federal class-action lawsuit alleging deceptive claims around its AI-managed fund, including that the supposedly autonomous AI agent was actually operated by humans. The suit also alleges the 2025 migration gave 40% of the new supply to entities controlled by defendants.
Add the $AI16Z → $ELIZAOS migration drama, insider allocation, founder calling the token dead, and repeated account compromises, and the token has accumulated serious trust problems.

it’s an open-source system for building autonomous AI agents that can operate across chains, connect to apps, and execute actions on their own. That already puts it ahead of most “AI coins” that are just narratives. ElizaOS is a rare case where the product is stronger than the token.

Stay far from $ELIZAOS. The vibe is pure scam people posting proof of rugs, wallets bleeding, team ignoring it all. Smells rotten from day one. Don’t be the next bag holder crying in the chats. 🛑

I’ll say kudos to the team guys , they have shown they can push through real challenges migrating tokens, handling legal headaches, and getting its platform live, That’s impressive resilience for a small team. The tech idea around AI agents is solid, and if they deliver functional tools people actually use, it could carve out a niche, they just need make transparency and communication constantly.

The open-source code is kinda lit on GitHub with 5.3K forks and Chainlink hookups are cool for onchain stuff. But seriously, the founder, Shaw Walters, is beefing with X over stolen AI tech, and that whole lawsuit turned into a mess. Honestly, trust is super low right now. That $ELIZAOS token is moving, which is whatever, but the real sketch is those memory injection holes Princeton found. Folks are worried attackers could gaslight agents and pull off some crazy exploits.
