When DIAM starts getting volume, spreads tend to tighten a bit, but depth does not really follow, one thing that stands out here is how often the visible liquidity does not behave like real committed buying interest it comes and goes too fast which hints at a kind of transient order book activity rather than sustained support, at times it can feel like liquidity is being used more to shape perception than to build real depth. That's where the spoofing style behavior becomes noticeable liquidity appears during active moments, but does not stay in the book long enough to confirm real conviction, if it were genuine participation, tighter spreads would normally attract deeper resting orders, not temporary layers that disappear quickly. The other side is the unlock dynamic, in a thin market like this, it's not even about large holders dumping it's about how quickly buy side interest disappears when unlock pressure is expected, that imbalance creates a situation where even small sell flows can move price more than expected because bids don't rebuild fast enough underneath. Right now DIAM still depends on short attention windows more than continuous usage, and the real test is whether demand can survive without those bursts of activity.

The network is created to help global businesses trace luxury diamond supply chains and handle payments, it's listed on two well known exchanges Bybit and Mexc but community adoption is much low, Out of 10 billion total tokens, only 20% are in circulation in the market. The 80% locked up and will released in the market , which can cause huge token selling pressure. Token already facing selling pressure and price is 78% down, the trading volume is relatively low which means not many investors and trader are buying the token. DIAM has strong technology for tracking diamonds, but the token situation is bad for investors. Because the majority of tokens are still unreleased, long term buyers face too much inflation risk. it's a high risk, highly speculative token rather than a safe investment.

honestly this project isnt doing well.. for starter. engagement on x are all botted.. a which is at the egde of a new ATL no one is complaining only singing price. well that botted, also volume is just too low, also a large portion of the supply has not entered circulation yet, which means future unlocks could create strong selling pressure on the market. The price action also tends to move in sudden spikes without much real adoption or strong narrative support behind it. For now, it’s safer to wait until the project proves real enterprise demand and moves further through its token unlock schedule before considering serious exposure.

Diam’s official website says it’s “the only Layer 1 that will still be running in 10 years,” but a few things don’t really line up with that claim. For starters, the token was launched on the BNB Chain instead of its own network. On top of that, most of the apps in their ecosystem seem to be built by the Diamante team themselves, and a lot of them are either still early-stage or not working yet. It kind of feels like the token launch came before the actual product was ready. Right now, the only place to trade DIAM is on PancakeSwap, and liquidity is pretty low (around $140K+). That’s not a great sign for something positioning itself as a major L1. Community-wise, it’s not looking strong either. Their Telegram feels full of bots, and the Reddit presence is basically just one account (diamcircle) posting. Overall sentiment seems pretty weak at the moment.
