ConstitutionDAO (PEOPLE) Review: OG Score & Community Audit

Internet strangers raised $40M+ to buy the U.S. Constitution at auction but a rich guy Ken Griffin outbid them everyone who donated got a token called PEOPLE as a thanks for trying receipt, it was meant for governance, but people started trading it like a meme coin instead.
Basically it's a governance token but has become a meme coin and there is no utility which can support token's long term reliability.
No active development no ai or automated tech, twitter account is dead so buying it is extremely dangerous and traders mostly focus on buying trending and most hyped tokens and PEOPLE has lost all hype already keeping distance is better option.

There's actually nothing to see here. The asset survives purely as a highly liquid decentralized meme. The price fluctuations are not driven by network upgrades or fundamental partnerships. They are driven entirely by speculative capital moving through abandoned altcoins. Zero Social and community activity.

ConstitutionDAO showed that thousands of people can come together for one goal in a very short time, raising millions of dollars to bid on the U.S. constitution was a huge moment, but that moment also became the project's biggest challenge, after the auction ended, there was no new mission to keep people working together, you can read more about the project here. Communities can raise money once, keeping the same people active month after month is much harder, that is where many DAOs struggle, without a clear reason to come back people slowly lose interest even if they still like the story. Another point is easy to miss, PEOPLE holders did not own the Constitution or receive rights to it, the token became a way for the community to stay connected after the auction ended, once the shared goal disappeared the value of the community depended on finding a new purpose instead of living on a historic moment.

One thing to be plain about here is, this was once the game! But as tradition demands you keep showing up and proving a reason why you need to be the choice. Because you're definitely not at that spot yet but somehow team were kinda down on the part of telling the people and reminding regularly that here's more reason it should be me.
This is what caused the break of the Dao and honestly it's a hard one back up. Sure it still gets the reach to speak and be heard but it gas to take on the hard boot. Otherwise this will just answer the People's name but not have those people anymore just hunters. 

this project has nothing to offer, . There is no boss, no workers, and no plans for the future. People only buy and sell it now to gamble on the price, often when there is news about politics imagine being listed on 50 exchanges and you still pull $5m daily volume. this says alot.. stay away

I think is not a pure degen meme, more legacy/narrative token with real history. Safer than most ETH tokens, but low utility means hype-driven price.

While it didn't achieve its primary objective, it successfully showcased the power of decentralized, community-driven fundraising. Having said that, it seems pretty much ded now
