      I remember opening a WhiteBIT account a few years ago. At the time, the mobile app had terrible UI/UX. I don’t remember the exact reason, but I recall deleting the account and closing it. Today, after seeing a few posts on my timeline from influencers promoting WhiteBIT, I tried logging in again and was able to access the account. That’s strange after all these years, it seems the account was never actually closed. By the way, their UI/UX has improved compared to the past. That’s the only positive change I noticed after logging in again. However, according to user reviews, there are still reports of frozen funds and poor customer support experiences, which is not a good sign.

      there are complaints about WhiteBIT on platforms like Trustpilot etc. but not much scam allegations and unresolved cases (mostly) but I don't trust WhiteBIT because of this manipulation: see my review about their coin $WBT here: https://ogaudit.com/crypto/whitebit-coin-wbt you will understand why

      WhiteBIT keeps pushing hard as Europe's traffic king huge volume, slick spot/futures setup, and that WBT token actually delivering real perks like fee cuts and staking yields. The fresh Russia "undesirable" label (Jan 2026) basically screams they're solidly anti-Russia/pro-Ukraine after blocking RU users back in 2022 and donating millions to Ukraine causes no surprise Moscow hit back, but it hasn't dented operation elsewhere. That said, Trustpilot is littered imagine frozen withdrawals, endless KYC loops even below thresholds, and support dragging feet classic CEX pain, which can make persistent cashouts feel dicey.

      Good security and interface speed, unfortunately Intense backlash over sudden account freezes and excessive video-KYC requirements for withdrawals. Then Many users complain about receiving generic, unhelpful AI bot replies during fund disputes. Backlash from users in restricted zones (like USA) being suddenly blocked from accounts.
