The concept sounds good, but the documentation is where things get interesting. SwissCheese's own token terms basically tell you SWCH isn't an investment, doesn't represent ownership, gives no revenue rights, and isn't a financial instrument. That's a pretty important distinction when the wider narrative revolves around tokenized financial assets.
There's also a lot of legal distancing.
