The official X account has been inactive for months and on-chain liquidity is extremely low according to GeckoTerminal. https://www.geckoterminal.com/ The top token holders control over 70% of the supply and on-chain liquidity is very low. In a setup like this, any buying pressure effectively turns those buyers into exit liquidity for existing holders. Most previously listed exchanges have already delisted the token including Binance, although a few exchanges like Coinbase and MEXC still have it. Technically not dead but the project in its final stages IMO

ohhh boy, orchid is struggling. Reports show the network has very low activity, sometimes under 50 daily users. That means people are not really using the product, even though it sounds useful on paper. It also got hit hard by exchange delistings. There haven’t been strong updates for a long time, and newer VPN projects have moved ahead. The OXT token is currently a high friction asset. The lack of communication from the suspended primary X account(@orchidprotocol) and also ghosting or inactivity in their secondary X account(@Orchidprivacy) has turned a legitimate utility token into a speculative gamble on wether the team will ever wake up and market their 2026 AI pivot. Without a social presence to explain the transition to Orchid GenAI, the token has no narrative and in crypto, a token without a narrative is a token without a price floor

I love the established nanopayments bandwidth marketplace with app updates, but limited evolution beyond core VPN utility and unproven GenAI pivot traction. C'mon minimal community heat, privacy play struggling for breakout, You can do better
