I remember their token launch. $ORDER came out when the DEX had barely any liquidity for ORDER, even though they had strong backing from Tier-one investors and raised over $25M. People who used it for regular trading probably did alright, but those who just tried to farm the airdrop mostly ended up losing, often not even covering their fees. Holders get indirect exposure to trading fees. Most fees go to builders, while ~30% of protocol revenue flows to the treasury, which stakers access via VALOR as a claim on accumulated value. This creates a real-yield, usage-driven model, but returns depend heavily on trading volume and adoption. There are also user reports on Twitter about their dead order book. Not the best user experience for users.. https://x.com/i/status/1973269108054782343

Retail sees Orderly Network ($ORDER) down 89% and assumes it’s a discounted infrastructure play. It’s a total trap. Founded by Ran Yi and Terence Ng, https://orderly.network/blog/meet-ran-yi-co-founder-of-orderly-taking-defi-mainstream/?hl=en-US Orderly is a massive B2B liquidity engine, but the token is a dilution machine (orderly.network/team/). The $0.49 ATH was a low-liquidity spike right before airdrop farmers dumped their free bags. Worse, the tokenomics are structurally hostile to retail. 35% of the total supply is allocated to the team and tier-one VCs, unlocking linearly over years

I like the way $ORDER delivers CEX-like performance with 50x leverage pairs, and I value its $5M+ annualized revenue. I view its concept as bold, but I await real-world utility proof beyond current hype.

I think Orderly Network's reliance on a single OP stack Optimium could introduce centralization risks if the underlying technology doesn't maintain its promise of decentralization.

I've been using Orderly Network for its omnichain CLOB infrastructure, and it's transformative for trading across different blockchains.
