Hashkey has two versions one is for China only and second is Hashkey global, The global version seems limited due to kyc as it is frustrating and can take up to weeks, it has large liquidity and almost all crypto tokens but it seems restricted exchange, it is top tier exchange but restrictions and strict rules are ruining the reputation. It's first priority user funds and have most secure network and servers but it's not 100% hack proof, Direct bank transfer easy fiat withdraw, For kyc verification many users required transfer amount to account just to verify identity, despite many crypto listed the list still small many trending meme coin and crypto tokens didn't get listed due to strict listing policies. Deposit fees are small and cheap but withdraw fees are quiet high which makes it a deposit trap where user can deposit but to withdraw high fee must be paid to avoid this many user choose other exchanges which offer less gas fees. Slippage high on altcoind has lower liquidity which result in user loss, In simple User buy in high price and sell in at low rate, it often happens when there are large trading volume happens small trader gets liquidated or huge loss. It's restricted in some regions including UK, USA and Mainland china, the UI is complex not beginner friendly. It's decent exchange if used for spot trading and fist withdraw otherwise it's among expensive exchanges which charge high gas fees and poor customer support.

HashKey Exchange is a Hong Kong regulated crypto exchange available over 180 countries globally. UIUX is clean and beginner-friendly but sometimes it laggs not always though. Fees are acceptable but definitely not among the cheapest for retail traders. Which plus point from their reliable security standards  However, they do not currently offer a fully transparent real-time Merkle-tree Proof of Reserve system Or publicly disclosed protection funds.

If I'm to use Hong Kong in particular this is an exchange with strong compliance infrastructure, SOC certifications, and large insurance partnerships. hong kong based crypto exchange. they also claim to have licenses as following: Bermuda BMA – Class-F Digital Business License Ireland Central Bank – VASP Registration Dubai VARA – VASP License. another thing I observed is despite it's not a liquid and active exchange they do not manipulate volumes with trade bots. so far that's something to appreciate since most other exchanges are FAKING THEIR VOLUMES, to simply rank higher they need to work more un UI UX and speeds. and publish all audit and reserve reports transparently on HashkeyGlobal they also need to work with a better KYC prover since many users are complaining having problems about that especially in Nigeria
