The real structural risk here is the dependency trap Aligned is positioning itself as a critical verification layer, yet its entire relevance is tied to the survival and adoption of external ecosystems, when a project builds its core value on top of someone else's success before even having a TGE, it creates a fragile foundation where they are capturing hype without owning the utility.
