Renzo makes restaking easier by packaging complex yield strategies into a simple interface, but the ezETH depeg then showed that simplicity on the surface doesn’t remove risk underneath. When things were stressed, the system didn’t hold up as cleanly as expected. The project is also tightly tied to EigenLayer too which means it depends on another protocol’s stability to function properly. That adds an extra layer of risk most users don’t immediately see.

I get a total ghost ship vibe from the team while the early backers dump their heavy bags on everyone else. The ezETH depeg proved they have zero control over their own tech, and that chart crime during the launch was just pathetic.
