Cookie DAO (COOKIE) Review: OG Score & Community Audit

Cookie's till today hasn't given the market enough reason to price the token according to the value of the product being built. The transition toward an AI agent data layer is strategically more interesting than the project's older creator campaign model. Cookie.fun now describes itself as a data layer for builders and AI agents, which is a positive approach no doubt, If that requirement translates into substantial real API consumption, this token could eventually have a much stronger economic foundation than a conventional social data token.
The main open problem however, is that the crucial economic bridge is still difficult to measure publicly. That makes the AI-agent narrative partly a thesis rather than a proven revenue engine. The token itself is also heavily concentrated having reports displaying the top 100 BNB wallets controlling 88.15% of its tracked supply, while private investors and insiders represented roughly 52.34% of the original allocation. That is a very outrageous percentage control and needs to be regulated. If API demand becomes visible through customer numbers, revenue, data consumption and actual token requirements, the token thesis could improve substantially. Until then, the project has no convincing product story than token value story. Which is cannot definitely solve anything.

I'm calling it: Cookie DAO is a slow rug. When a project's security score is literally 5% & some group of wallet (25 wallets) controls 82% of the tokens, you aren't investing, you're donating. The anonymous devs already abandoned their main tech, leaving behind nothing but cryptic tweets and a bleeding chart. It's a hollow, copy-paste cash grab that's already collapsing. Cookie DAO and Cookie3 legitimately built an analytics index for AI agents, but their economic model was predatory to spot buyers. They hijacked massive buzzwords like 'DeFAI' and 'DataSwarm' to pump the narrative. More lethally, their 'MarketingFi' structure essentially meant allocating huge percentages of the 1 Billion token supply to KOLs, affiliates, and early VCs. With over 705 Million tokens now unlocked and circulating, the $0.75 All-Time High has been completely pulverized. The influencers and seed investors who hyped the project have spent the last year dumping their unlocked allocations onto uneducated spot buyers.

Liquidity lock 🔒 is very weak for a token of this nature, which is a valid concern. That said, the team appears to be making a genuine effort. After reviewing their socials, it’s clear they remain active, responsive, and open to community suggestions despite the challenges. If execution improves, a bounce-back isn’t impossible

I mean... The word DAO alone feels played out at this point. Cookie DAO struggles to differentiate itself with unique governance features, and that's about it.
