Why does a major institutional-facing product need a token? The prospective banks that use their product are most likely to pay in Fiat. It proposes a value-flow design where fees from both the public chain and private institutional chains ultimately flow through RLS, part of the token is bought, burned, and routed to a reserve/validator pool. It also says private institutions can pay in fiat, with OTC conversion mechanisms feeding value on-chain. Still, much of the thesis depends on institutional adoption that is still more promised than proven

RLS been listed on multiple exchanges (Binance Alpha, MEXC, Gate etc.), but liquidity is still relatively low and volatility is high, making price discovery so difficult to track. Although the market performance vs narrative are not aligning despite institutional credibility claims. RLS token crashed 80% from launch highs and is now priced near launch lows, which signals market skepticism for other investors.

That gap for an L1 hyping itself as the bridge for real bank liquidity just screams "cart before the horse" and leaves me wondering about the rush. Everything else feels promising on paper, but this one sticks out hard,If they're rushing the money side without the solid base, it screams trouble down the line.

Privacy settlements for a Central Bank is top-tier adoption. Too bad the TGE was amateur hour. Handing 10% to bots while giving the community dust is sloppy. I respect the tech, but the team clearly doesn't respect our time. Do better.
