However, adoption of its subnet ecosystem is still developing, while technically strong and widely respected, Avalanche faces strong competition from Ethereum and Solana so it needs more consistency to stay strong and probably beat it's competitors.

It's operates in a very competitive space alongside Ethereum Layer 2 network, But it's subnet technology give it a real edge by offering flexible and cost effective solution for different project. Still price swings network adoption, and market condition can effect it's future, So users should see $AVAX as a long term project and only invest what they're comfortable risking.

I still think $AVAX has potential despite many competitors out there. Because Spot ETF is on the way also there has been more partnerships with strong companies. Avax is an easy bet for the upcoming bull market. Up to 5-10X probably within 6-9M. Raising my gem score to +30. But I want to buy more prices close or below $20. NFA!

If crypto was in its mature phase, and it were only up to a coin having good technology; then AVAX would surely be in the top 5. But since crypto is still in its high-school phase, and AVAX is the nerdy kid with the glasses, that just can't get to get people to like them, it's not going to happen anytime soon. Add to that the fact that AVAX has a community of maxis much more extreme and almost xenophobic than other communities, contained within a very dense echo-chamber, I don't see this coin going anywhere high soon, as of Q1 2025.

Struggling to compete with new eth L2's but Avalanche offers subnet solutions which are also economic for small-scale projects.
Still, it is one of the few projects that places great importance on its ecosystem and community. Imo they're successful in advertising. So $Avax price soared greatly since 2020. $AVAX is not a gem but definitely a good large cap.

There have been no major developments since subnets. They have been passive on education and marketing lately. I believe AvaLabs team is talented. Avalanche could be a more powerful and decentralized blockchain
