The development team operates with fewer than 25 employees so i think its nearly impossible for them to compete or innovate against massive industry leaders. Their recent push to bundle a crypto focused artificial intelligence tool called SWFTGPT feels like a desperate attempt to chase trends rather than provide real technological value.
Also, Operationally the ecosystem is breaking down. Users consistently report severe friction including occasional KYC issues and delayed customer support which indeed i can attest to. To make matters worse scammers actively impersonate SWFT support staff on Telegram putting users at extreme risk. The tokenomics offer absolutely no upside.

SWFT blockchain is a cross chain swap project and payment network founded in 2017 in Silicon Valley it's s main work is a platform where users can swap cryptocurrencies between different blockchains without multiple wallets or exchanges so basically look at it as a bridge that connects chains like Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Solana, and others so user can trade assets directly without adding multiple wallets of main chains like phantom, Metamask or sui chain wallets.
