      Aevo ($AEVO) is a masterclass in how predatory tokenomics can destroy retail, even when the tech works. Pitched as a revolutionary L2 derivatives exchange, the protocol functioned fine. But the structure was a trap. On May 15, 2024, an 878M token cliff unlock hit the market, inflating the circulating supply by nearly 800% overnight to pay out VCs and the team. https://www.aevo.xyz/?hl=en-US The token crashed from its $3.76 ATH and is now bleeding out near $0.02. Code audits mean nothing if the economic model is designed to use you as exit liquidity.

      Look it’s faster-than-normal derivatives platform, traders can leverage options and perps almost instantly thanks to its L2, while staking rewards grow as the platform gets used, but i discovered the incident.
