ZKsync is executing at an elite level. Their ongoing push with "Prividium" a bank-grade privacy infrastructure and partnerships with entities like BitGo to build tokenized deposit networks for U.S. regional banks is massive. They are actively building the rails to bring traditional Wall Street liquidity on-chain. However, the market has completely decoupled from this utility. The mercenary retail capital that arrived for the massive 2024 airdrop has long since liquidated and abandoned the ecosystem. And out of a 21 billion maximum supply, less than half is currently circulating. Since the one-year cliff expired in June 2025, the token has been subjected to relentless, monthly unlocks for the Matter Labs team and early venture capital investors. This schedule persists continuously until 2028. The institutional partnerships are real, but the token structure is designed to dilute retail. Protecting your capital means avoiding assets fighting this level of continuous structural inflation. zkSync is honestly one of the strongest players in Ethereum scaling right now,the tech isn’t just hype zk-rollups are live and actually working, and it’s right up there with projects like Starknet. But if we’re being real, most of the activity we’re seeing right now is still coming from airdrop farmers and people chasing incentives,once those rewards slow down the volume tends to drop too.
